Cancellations

• Cancellations can only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has started, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

Return Policy

• Defective or Incorrect Products: We accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at +91 72111 13732 within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate the return. PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FOR EACH CLAIM.
• Size Issues or Unworn Items: We do not accept returns for size or fit issues, please do your due diligence before placing your order.
• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
